Kohe presented yet another brilliant showcase at the AAHAR International Trade Fair (2026).

The Kohe display featured all its products, ranging from the various knife sets to peelers. The evening was filled with a variety of culinary challenges and award distribution. The Kohe stall was visited by many stalwarts in the food equipment industry, and the quality of the products was appreciated by many. Chefs visited the showcase, sharing with visitors various tips and tricks of using Kohe knives, along with demonstrating their many uses. They exhibited state-of-the-art blades by cutting, peeling, and slicing everyday vegetables and showing the onlookers the ease of using Kohe knives.
