•  Pav (As per the people)
•  Carrot- 1
•  Capsicum- 1
•  Onion- 1/2 (Finely chopped)
•  Tomato- 1/2 (For Puree)
•  Cauliflower- 1/2
•  Potato - 1
•  Peas- 50grams
•  Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
•  Salt to taste
•  Pav Bhaji Masala- 1 tsp
•  Chilli powder- 1 tsp
•  Dry mango powder- 1/2 tsp
•  Oil- 2 tsp


•  Cut all the vegetables (Carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, potato and peas) and boil it for couple of minutes.
•  Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion. Saute it till light brown and add ginger garlic paste.
•  Add tomato puree, salt, pav bhaji masala, dry mango powder and mix well.
•  Add the boiled vegetables and mash for 5 minutes adjusting consistency.
•  Serve it hot with butter and coriander leaves.
