Pan tossed noodles with home grown veggies by chef Varun Bajaj

Take boiling water and boil the noodles and keep it aside.
Heat the pan and pour oil.
Add Grated Ginger and Garlic and sauté.
Add sliced onion and add sliced bell pepper and paneer cubes and sauté till golden brown.
Add boiled noodles and add soya sauce,salt,blackpepper powder and chilli garlic sauce.
Toss it well on the pan and serve hot.


Boil noodles   150 gm
Sliced Onion   50 gm
Sliced bell Pepper   50 gm
Paneer cubes   50 gm
Oil   15 ml
Grated Ginger/Garlic   10 gm
Boiled noodles   125 gm
Chilli garlic sauce   10 ml
Soya Sauce   10 ml
Salt   4 gm
Black pepper Powder 4 gm
