Mexican Quesadilla stuffed with Organic veggies by chef Varun Bajaj

Heat the tortillas on a hot plate or pan so it can be more soft and fresh.
Slice Cherry tomatoes,onion, fresh Paneer. 
Add oil to the pan and saute onion, add adobo sauce, saute cherry tomatoes and corn kernels.
Layer the Tortillas and apply the saute mixture of veggies and add the fresh corn kernels.
Layer the fresh paneer on the vegetable mixture and peri-peri dip.
Fold the tortilla in half moon shape and slice and serve hot.


Cherry tomatoes Sliced  100 gm
Fresh paneer  Thick slice  100 gm
Onion  Sliced    30 gm
Olive oil      15 ml
Tortillas        2 no’s
Mexican Adobo sauce     10 gm
Fresh corn kernel’s    60 gm
Peri -peri dip    30 gm
