Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 1 teaspoon sendha namak (rock salt)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Potatoes:
Boil the potatoes until they are tender but not mushy. Peel and cube them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
- Tempering:
n a deep pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Lower the heat and add sendha namak and red chili powder Mix well to create a fragrant masala base.
