Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or clarified butter
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon sendha namak (rock salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    Boil the potatoes until they are tender but not mushy. Peel and cube them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Tempering:
    n a deep pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

    Lower the heat and add sendha namak and red chili powder Mix well to create a fragrant masala base.

    Gently add the boiled and cubed potatoes to the masala mixture. Carefully coat the potatoes with the spices.

    Cook the potatoes on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes. This will allow the flavors to infuse into the potatoes.
