Creamy baked Vegetable by Juhi

Her recipe of creamy baked vegetables is one mouth-watering side dish you can serve your guests or savor yourself. Ingredients:

•  Potatoes and carrots
•  2 tbps garlic butter
•  1 & 1/2 cup milk
•  cream (optional)
•  salt
•  pepper
•  oregano
•  chili flakes
•  cheese
•  bread crumbs (optional)

Process:

1) Peel off and chop potatoes and carrots
2) Boil some water and add two chopped potatoes to it and boil for 5 mins
3) Add carrots and boil for 3 mins
4) Add more vegetables and add for some more time
5) Take 2 tbps of garlic butter in a pan
6) Add 2 tbps of all-purpose flour / maida and whisk it into the butter
7) Add 1 & ½ cup of milk to it and let the sauce thicken
8) To make it tastier, add cream
9) Salt, pepper, chili flakes and oregano to be added according to your taste
10) Add the vegetables to this sauce and mix it well
11) Pour the creamy vegetables in a baking dish and spread it out evenly
12) Add as much cheese as you want
13) Add breadcrumbs (optional)
14) Bake for 20 mins at 250 degree Celsius and Serve it hot!
