Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tbsp custard powder
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup chopped fruits (banana, apple, grapes, mango, etc.)
1/4 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
2 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Custard Mix: In a small bowl, mix custard powder with 1/4 cup of cold milk until smooth.
Heat Milk: In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk to a gentle boil. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Cook Custard: Reduce heat and slowly add the custard mix while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Simmer: Cook for 2-3 minutes until the custard thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Add Fruits: Chop the fruits with Kohe knives.
Once the custard is cooled, fold in the chopped fruits and mix well.
Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Garnish with nuts if desired.
