Ingredients:
• 1 Tbsp Oil
• 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1 Tsp Urad Dal
• 8-10 Curry Leaves
• 2 Chopped Green Chillies
• 3 Finely Chopped Beetroots
• 1 Tsp Sambhar Masala/Powder
• Salt as per taste
• Finely Chopped handful Cilantro
• 1 Tbsp Grated Coconut
Recipe:
• Heat oil in a Pan/Kadai
• Add Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, Green chilies and Urad Dal
• Saute for a couple of seconds
• Add in the Finely Chopped Beetroot
• Saute for a couple of minutes
• Add in Salt and Sambhar Masala
• Saute for few seconds, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes
• Add finely chopped cilantro and grated coconut for garnish
• Serve hot with Sambhar/Rasam rice for better taste
