Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and wait till it starts to crackle.
Add ginger, garlic, green chili & sauté for a minute.
Add chopped onions & sauté till they are translucent. Add capsicum & corn kernels.
Sauté for another two minutes.
Add paneer & all the spices & adjust seasoning if required.
Finish with fresh chopped coriander.
Assemble everything on the rice cracker. Add roll ups of cucumber & carrot by taking curls from the peeler.
